Twenty-six teams took to the 1,100-metre Piste Karting at Lyon & Valence on 26 September 2026 for the Finale of this endurance race, a gruelling 324-minute battle spread across the GP1 and GP2 categories. At the end of a long and demanding afternoon, TEAM DU BUGEY GP1 (kart #29) claimed the overall victory, topping the charts with 290 laps completed.

The win did not come without pressure. LES BRULEURS DE GOMME GP1 (kart #14) crossed the line in second place with an impressive 295 laps — the highest lap count of any team on track — yet finished 23.2 seconds adrift of the winners on corrected classification. AG RACING TEAM GP1 (kart #15) completed the podium one lap down with 291 laps, while CNP GP1 and LES CYCLOPES LOUCHEURS GP1 rounded out the top five, both on 289 laps. MALAYSIA BOLETH GP1 secured sixth place, also on 289 laps but 17 seconds further back.

The fastest lap of the entire race was set by the winners, TEAM DU BUGEY GP1, with a time of 56.245 seconds. LES BRULEURS DE GOMME GP1 responded with a best lap of 56.389 s, while AG RACING TEAM GP1 posted 57.055 s.

Digging into the pace analysis, the picture at the front is more nuanced. AG RACING TEAM GP1 produced the best pure median race pace of all analysed teams at 59.307 s per lap — faster than both the winners (59.347 s, 2nd in pace) and LES BRULEURS DE GOMME GP1 (59.391 s, 3rd in pace) — yet they could only convert that speed into third place on the road. The three teams at the head of the field were separated by less than 0.1 s in median lap time, making for an extremely tight battle over pace throughout the race.

On consistency, TIC TAC TOC GP1 (7th overall) stands out with the lowest standard deviation of all analysed teams at just 0.71 s, an exemplary level of regularity across their 284 laps. TEAM DU BUGEY GP1 were close behind at 0.79 s, underlining that the eventual winners paired their raw speed with excellent consistency. All leading teams showed a stable lap-time tendency throughout their stint.

Further down the order, STEELMEN GP1 (11th, pace rank 14th) outperformed their pure speed through the overall classification, suggesting an efficient race management. Conversely, FATHERS AND SONS GP1 (19th overall, pace rank 11th among analysed runners) had the pace to challenge for a much better result, but were unable to convert it into a competitive finishing position.

MALAYSIA BOLETH GP1 is another team worth noting: 6th on the road but only 8th in pure pace (1:00.308 median, standard deviation of 1.14 s — the least consistent of the top runners), suggesting their result owed more to overall race management than outright speed.
