The 62-minute endurance final at the Circuito di Pomposa (1,213 m, San Giuseppe di Comacchio, Ferrara) brought together 15 teams on 18 July 2026 for a demanding race that produced a tightly-packed top four and a host of tactical battles throughout the field.

CONCINA – PINTON (kart #12) claimed victory after 48 laps, crossing the line having led all the way to the final lap. They also set the fastest lap of the race – 1:12.249 – and posted the best pure race pace of the entire field with a median lap time of 1:12.909 (1st in pace classification). Their second stint of 21 laps was particularly impressive: a median of 1:12.598 with a standard deviation of just 0.56 s, one of the most consistent stretches of the afternoon. An opening stint that came alive – accelerating by 0.43 s per lap – set the tone for a dominant overall performance.

VAROTTO – PALUMBO (#3) finished second, 4.788 s adrift, also completing 48 laps. Despite ranking only 3rd in pure pace (median 1:13.135), their consistency across all three stints (overall σ = 1.29 s) kept them in contention throughout. PRESIDENTE – BONDI (#1) completed the podium, 4.913 s behind the winner. They were the most consistent team on the podium (σ = 1.15 s, 4th in pure pace at 1:13.194), and their third stint – 15 laps with a median of 1:13.222 – was particularly solid.

MARCHESAN – COMPAGNUCCI (#14) finished fourth, 8.704 s from the top, and represent one of the most striking findings of the race analysis: their median pace of 1:12.992 placed them 2nd in pure race pace, yet they converted that speed into only 4th position. Their third stint median rose to 1:14.094, a drop-off compared to a superb second stint at 1:12.594 – a factor that may have cost them a podium place.

Positions 5 through 9 were separated by just over 31 seconds. CARDACIOTTO – SIGNO (#6, 5th) stand out as the strongest strategic performers: ranked only 10th in pure pace (median 1:13.540), they converted that into a 5th-place finish, the biggest positive gap between race position and pace ranking in the field. BELLO – BORELLI (6th) and RICCARDELLO – CINISIO (7th, the most consistent team in the race at σ = 0.98 s) were separated by a mere 0.287 s at the flag. ALBY CUCCHI – DRELLI (8th, pure pace 6th) and MASSI – MAICOL (9th, pure pace 7th) both had the speed to finish higher but could not convert it into positions.

The most telling underperformance belongs to QUAQUARELLI – TOMASSELLA (#4, 14th): ranked 5th in pure pace across their laps completed, they crossed the line a full lap down in 14th. ALEX CUCCHI – ROCCO (#16) was the only team to make 3 pit stops and ended the race 7 laps down in 15th after completing only 40 laps.
