The 62-minute endurance race held on 25 July 2026 at the Le Mans Karting International – Alain Prost circuit (Piste Alain Prost B, 980 m) brought together 20 karts for a demanding race on one of the most iconic karting venues in France. At the chequered flag, it was KART 10 that took the victory with 46 laps completed, ahead of KART 19 (46 laps, +15.645 s) and KART 7 (46 laps, +22.823 s). All three frontrunners completed the same number of laps, with separation decided purely on elapsed time. KART 29 finished fourth with 44 laps, one minute down on the leader.

The fastest lap of the entire race was set by KART 6 with a stunning 1:03.604 — the outright benchmark of the day on the Alain Prost track.

KART 10's victory is a strategic masterclass. Its median race pace was 1:09.356, which placed it only 5th in terms of pure pace among analysed runners. Yet by running a single, uninterrupted stint of 44 laps with a standard deviation of just 1.9 s and a stable trend throughout, KART 10 converted consistency and zero pit stops into the top step of the podium. This is the clearest illustration of the day: in endurance, managing pace over the full distance matters more than raw speed.

KART 19 was the fastest kart on pure median pace (56.437 s), ranking 1st in pace analysis, yet it had to settle for second place overall. KART 7 posted the second-best median pace (1:00.725) and a consistency of 3.35 s standard deviation, finishing third. Both karts were quick enough to challenge for the win but ultimately could not convert their speed advantage into a race result ahead of KART 10.

One of the most striking stories of the race is that of KART 6. Despite holding the 3rd best pure pace (median 1:05.585) and setting the fastest lap of the event (1:03.604), it crossed the finish line in 14th position, completing only 40 laps. The data shows its pace was even accelerating through its stint (gaining 0.32 s per lap), making the classification gap to the front all the more significant.

KART 23 also showed a positive trend, gaining 0.16 s per lap through its 29-lap stint, ending 8th overall. KART 30 deserves a mention for the finest lap-to-lap consistency in the field, posting a standard deviation of just 1.76 s over its 23-lap analysed stint — better even than the race winner — despite finishing 12th.

KART 1 (6th in pure pace, 10th overall) and KART 29 (4th in pace, 4th overall) both converted their speed relatively well into final positions, while KART 5 (10th in pace) finished 6th, benefiting from a very consistent 43-lap stint (standard deviation 2.15 s).
