The Finale endurance race at Pole Mecanique Karting Ales (1,200 m circuit) took place on 12 September 2026, bringing together 29 teams for a 151-minute battle. At the end of a highly competitive afternoon, SCUDERIA VAROISE 1 (kart #8) took the top step of the podium with 120 laps completed.

Second place went to DR COMPETITION (kart #9), also on 120 laps but 10.575 seconds behind at the flag. IMAGINE (kart #4) completed the podium, likewise on 120 laps, a further 28.282 seconds adrift. The fight for positions 4 through 7 was settled within one lap of the leaders: KART MAX (4th, 119 laps), CARA (5th, 119 laps, +12.062 s), 2 GARS 1 FILLE (6th, 119 laps, +12.814 s) and KOESIO (7th, 119 laps, +14.889 s).

The fastest lap of the race was set by DR COMPETITION with a time of 1:10.492, edging out SCUDERIA VAROISE 1's best of 1:10.541 and IMAGINE's 1:10.665.

Pace analysis — who really had the speed? SCUDERIA VAROISE 1 led on median race pace at 1:11.072, ranking 1st in pure pace — entirely consistent with their race result. DR COMPETITION shared the identical median pace (1:11.072) and ranked 2nd in pure pace, confirming that the gap between the two was decided by fine margins over the entire race distance. IMAGINE followed with a median of 1:11.352 (3rd in pure pace).

One of the standout stories of the race was H2 (kart #23, 8th in the final standings): with a median pace of 1:11.512, they ranked 4th in pure pace — faster than four teams who finished ahead of them on the timing sheet. Despite genuine raw speed, H2 could not convert that pace into a higher finishing position.

Conversely, CARA punched above their weight: ranked only 9th in pure pace (median 1:11.706), they finished 5th overall, demonstrating that smart race management can more than compensate for a pace deficit.

On the consistency front, 2 GARS 1 FILLE posted the lowest standard deviation of any team analysed at 0.53 seconds, making them the most regular crew of the day — a performance that underpinned their 6th-place finish. At the back of the field, OBJECTIF CEVENNES (kart #31, 29th) completed 106 laps, 14 laps down on the winners.
