On 20 September 2026, the Ouest Circuit International d'Essay in Aunay-les-Bois hosted a 2-hour endurance race on the 1,220-metre Piste 1200m Horaire circuit, bringing together 37 teams for a highly competitive afternoon of karting.

SECURITY BIKE (kart #10) claimed victory after completing 103 laps, edging out NS 1 (kart #12) by just 0.150 seconds at the chequered flag — one of the tightest finishes of the season. Third place went to TEAM DKA (kart #14), also on 103 laps but 36.898 seconds adrift, followed by POF 1 (kart #32) in fourth (+46.136 s) and POF 2 (kart #34) in fifth (+52.735 s), completing a top five all locked on the same lap total.

The battle for sixth through ninth proved equally absorbing, with L'ELEPHANT (kart #16), VIN DIESEL (kart #33), TEAM ATV (kart #40) and KOCKERLING 3 (kart #46) all finishing on 102 laps. Notably, KOCKERLING 3 set the fastest lap of the entire race — a 1:05.489 — the sharpest single lap of the day, yet the team had to settle for ninth place overall.

The top five teams each made exactly 5 pit stops during the race. The same pattern was observed across virtually the entire field, with only HYDR'EAU (kart #21) recording a different tally of 6 pit stops, the highest count among all classified finishers.

Further down the order, HORS PISTE (kart #1) led the 101-lap group in tenth, ahead of KOCKERLING 1 (kart #8) and MAC LATRAINE F1 (kart #18). The 100-lap group was headed by LES TOQUARTS (kart #24) in 14th, while the midfield featured a wide spread of teams ranging from 98 to 100 laps completed.

At the tail of the classifications, SCUDERIA FERRAILLERIE (kart #17) and PEUGEOT SPORT (kart #15) did not record a lap total, indicating they did not finish the race. LES BIROUTES (kart #20), last of the classified runners, completed 86 laps.

In terms of single-lap performance across the field, several teams outside the podium showed considerable outright speed: NS 1 recorded a best lap of 1:05.790, TEAM DKA 1:05.886, and POF 1 1:05.961, underlining the close pace among the leading karts on this technical 1,220-metre layout. At the other end of the spectrum, LES ROBERTS PROMOCASH (kart #27) posted the slowest best lap of any classified finisher at 1:11.832.

Overall, the 2-hour race at Essay on 20 September 2026 delivered a compelling spectacle across all 37 starting teams, with the outcome decided by the narrowest of margins at the very top and a rich variety of battles throughout the field.
